Members cover one public hearing at their state capital every year the full record is then archived in the cppr archive
project public online library. Every state will replicate this until we are fully keeping the public record at
the Legislative Branch which at this point is not under the public record law or open meeting law.
A copy is donated to the library and all copyrights remain with author.
